P.O.D.S. — Purpose-Oriented Discovery Sessions

Most networking events are designed for volume.
PODS are designed for fit.

The format built for the business owner who leaves every open networking event exhausted and wondering why they went.

Walk in. No pre-registration required.

Sound familiar?

You walk in. The room is loud. Someone hands you a card before you have set down your coffee. You say your name and what you do for the fourteenth time this month and watch the eyes across from you glaze over. You go home with a stack of cards and zero intention of calling any of them.

It is not the socializing that drains you. It is the performance. The relentless, exhausting performance of extroversion for an audience that cannot actually help you.

You are not in a network. You are in a room. And those two things are not the same.

How It Works

The PODS Format

One question at the door. Sorted by ideal client. Structured conversation. Done in 60 minutes. Walk in — no pre-registration required.

Step 01

Scan QR code on arrival

When you walk in, you scan a QR code and fill out a short intake form (about three minutes, that's it).

Step 02

Sorted into pods of 3 to 6

Your answer places you at a table of 3 to 6 people whose ideal clients naturally overlap with yours. Not random. Not alphabetical. Sorted for referral fit.

Step 03

Three conversation prompts on the table

Each table has three printed prompts. The conversation has structure. No one dominates. No one performs. Everyone contributes and everyone leaves knowing something real.

Step 04

25 minutes per pod, one rotation

Two focused pod sessions, with one rotation in between, prompted by a second text informing you Round 2 is beginning. When the sessions close, the room opens. Stay and connect further if you want to. Leave if you need to. We designed it this way on purpose. The work comes first. Everything after is a bonus.

No open floor. No chaos. No badge networking. No registration required.
After a PODS event

You leave with your energy still intact. You did not give a speech. You did not work the room. You had two real conversations with people who actually understand what you do because they serve the same person you do from a different angle. You have two names in your phone and you are already thinking about both of them. One just described a client situation you can solve. The other does exactly what your clients keep asking you to refer out.

This is what networking was always supposed to feel like. Not a performance. A conversation. A table of people who already share the same clients, speaking the same language, with a structure that makes the whole thing work in under 90 minutes. You wanted it to feel like this. You just did not know it existed yet.
